Gradual release therapy.
EpiQuin® Micro provides treatment throughout the day. The Microsponge® system uses microscopic reservoirs that entrap hydroquinone and retinol and gradually releases them over a period of hours. This provides the skin with continuous exposure to hydroquinone and retinol over time, which may help minimize skin irritation.

EpiQuin Micro should be tested for skin sensitivity prior to use. Excessive inflammatory responses are contraindications to further use, while minor redness is not. Hydroquinone may produce unwanted effects if not used as directed. The safety of topical hydroquinone use during pregnancy has not been established.
